By placing an order with Lock Stock Country Wear And Shooting Supplies you are accepting these Terms & Conditions, please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order. Unless clearly stated otherwise, where rights and decisions are to be exercised or made at our discretion, than we shall be under no duty or obligation to you to justify  or provide a reason for the decision. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions should the need arise.

In These Terms & Conditions

“We” Lock Stock Country Wear And Shooting Supplies

“You” means the person placing an order.

“The contract is agreed” by placing and submitting an order on line, you are making an offer to purchase products which If accepted by us will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.

By using the website to buy products online you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.


“Working Day’s” means Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (UK Time) and excludes bank, public and statutory holidays.


By confirming and submitting an electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which if accepted by us will result in a binding  contract. Please note that products will not be sent until we have authorisation from your payment card issuer , we will not be liable if there is delay in payment being received , and we will not accept  your order if payment is not authorised.

All prices are, unless otherwise stated are inclusive of UK VAT and other applicable UK taxes. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company.

If you order goods from our website for delivery outside the UK they maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied  when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible  for payment of any such taxes. Please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Please not that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

If you are intending to resell the goods (whether on e-bay or otherwise) we reserve the right to change the conditions of sale. We will be entitled to treat you as a commercial customer and:

We will only accept returned goods within seven days of dispatch if they were defective at the time of receipt:

We will charge a reasonable handling fee, which shall exclude packaging and/or delivery costs for which you shall be liable and which will be confirmed prior to your order being accepted.

Terms Of Payment:

We accept Pay Pal and through this you can also check out as a guest using Visa, Visa delta, visa electron, visa debit and Master card.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges.

In the event that a payment is dishonoured by your bank or credit card provider, they (being your bank card provider) may charge a fee. Where we incur any fee or liability as a result of a dishonoured payment, you will be liable to reimburse us in full for the amount we have incurred. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation  checks and authorisation  by the card issuer . If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery. In addition, in the interest of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Lock Stock Country Wear and Shooting supplies will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data, credit reference services) We reserve the right to instruct a third party to complete these checks. By ordering from our website you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by telephone or email to verify details before we are able to accept your order and we shall not be liable for any delay or non delivery this may cause. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.


You will be given a couple of options for delivery of items during the order process.

Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the prices for the items you are purchasing.

Please note that in addition to the items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. Please contact your  local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are not responsible for payment of such duties and taxes and in the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we incurred as a consequence.

You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to  but also the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors  or events outside our control for example, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand. Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.

We are unable to deliver on public holidays, Christmas day, Boxing day, or New Years day, on these dates delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow extra time during these times.

Your Right To Cancel

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods, you have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 calendar days from the day on which the goods were received. If you wish to cancel your order before your goods are dispatched , please contact us as soon as possible either by phone, or email.

If you wish to cancel after the goods are dispatched, please return the goods to us indicating whether you require an exchange or refund as soon as possible. Please ensure you fill out the enclosed return form from your original order and include the original invoice so we can process your return/exchange appropriately. Failure to d this could result in your return/exchange being delayed for which the company cannot be held responsible . In the event that no information is given, the company will hold the parcel for 3 months until the company determine the correct owner and/or the correct owner proves ownership return. If after 3 months, the identity of the customer return isn’t determined the company reserve the right to dispose of the goods contained.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, if you fail to comply with this obligation, we have the right of action against you for compensation. Please refare to our returns policy for further information.

Returns And Exchanges

You can return your items within 14 days from the received date providing the item(s) is in its original condition, unworn and with the tags still attached.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods, you have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 calendar days from the day on which the goods were received. If you wish to cancel your order before your goods are dispatched please contact us as soon as possible by either phone or email.

The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and use a tracked delivery service and retain all records of delivery. All goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods  with care, in order to process a refund , the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item (s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item (s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price, there will be no credit. A fee maybe required for the return delivery of your requested exchange.

Faulty/incorrect Items

Please return your item (s) to us within 14 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by emailing us on deefermeg@gmail.com or calling us on 01964204593 and a member of staff will look into it. Please do not use the faulty item after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund. Lock stock country wear and shooting supplies will not be held responsible for any shipping costs that have not been agreed to prior to the item being sent back to us. Please ensure that you contact us before shipping any faulty items back to us.
